   Chantelle did an incredible job transforming my hair with full head foils. I’m blown away by her colour mixing and attention to detail - it looks better than I anticipated as I’d let my roots go for a while so didn’t know what to expect. I was so happy with the end result! Such a talented team here and really reasonable pricing. My new fav salon ❤️

   I was really disappointed with my experience at Waves. I booked the Top Section Foils service because it was advertised on both the services section and the booking page of their website as a $120 Package for foils, toner, cut, shampoo, and styling. I ended up being charged $225 for just foils, toner, and blow dry — much more than what was advertised. When I brought this up, I was told, "I’d never made any money if that was the price"... sure but you've got that as your advertised price, I thought it was a good deal which is why I booked it. On top of that, the colour wasn’t great and ended up really brassy.

   I LOVE what Sari did to blend in my roots. Her expertise really impressed me, how she figured out the perfect combination of colors to use to cover the grey and blend into what I had been doing for years. Sari went above and beyond, and is very thoughtful in her conversations. While I was waiting for my hair to process, she did a simple trim for a gentleman and treated him with such dignity and care every moment, she is a very sweet and special person. Sumner is lucky to have her services and I hope more visitors will find happiness at her salon as a result of this review. Thank you, Sari! Truly excellent service!!

   Awesome results, accomodating, helpful, pleasant experience, usually a I’d be little hesitant trying different hair stylists however here you’ll receive great service, value for for buck and would highly recommend especially if you like getting colour :)

   I called Chantelle and Sarie in a panic this morning when I got a round hairbrush tangled in my hair and couldn’t get it out (very embarrassing). They told me to come in straight away and spent almost an hour detangling the front of my hair until it finally came out. I was so sure that it would have to be cut out. I’m so grateful for your help and generosity today. You were both so kind and reassuring during a very embarrassing and stressful moment ! Will 100% go back. Booking in for a colour ASAP. Thank you again.
