    That's a dreamy place we saw for the first time, and we were completely mesmerized when we laid eyes on it. It's incredibly beautiful, surrounded by stunning natural landscapes that left us in awe. The tranquility of the surroundings made it feel like a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We could feel the calmness in the air and the beauty of Lake Karapiro was simply unmatched. The property is well-maintained, and the hosts were so welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. This is definitely a place we’ll remember for a long time! We visited on 7th December 2024, and it was an unforgettable experience.

    One of the most beautiful places on this planet. With absolutely lovely hosts and views like non other this place had us wow'd to the extreme.     The loveliest, airiest place sitting right on top of the Shire. A wonderful deck and lawn with an incomparable 360° view (the master suite has windows on three sides, and the extra bedroom on two) and all bright coziness inside, with heated towel racks and welcoming billowy beds. Tracey was incredibly kind and accommodating, and showed us where we could walk on the surrounding hills. One of the most memorable places we've ever stayed, we count ourselves lucky that we discovered it.
