   I’m disappointed with my recent visit. Here are the issues I experienced: - Staff were not friendly or helpful during my visit. - I ordered $160 worth of food for dine-in, but my order was packed for takeaway. - The chicken tasted like it was fried in old oil and had a noticeable smell. - The burger tasted like it had been prepared many hours ago, indicating stale or reheated components. I expect better quality and service from KFC. Please advise on how this can be addressed and what steps you will take to ensure this doesn’t happen again.

   went to KFC Papanui today ordered my food and it took the staff a good five or seven minutes to figure out how to do a split payment it then carried on and took them another 10 minutes to figure out the change from a $50 note there was no apology after for the wait and the food was not put together nicely.

   I ordered a meal in a drive through, thinking that i will get ice cold drink in this hot day. But i never tasted Fanta like that. Never going back again. Hope the cold drink was not out of date.

   Good experience overall, I got a Hot and Spicy Colonel's Lunch for $9.80 and redeemed a survey code to get free chips and drink. The food was great, the service was good, however, some of the chairs were quite dirty.

   Arrived at about 11am today still quiet, ordered at the counter and was served by Julieta. She's friendly and smiley but struggles with English so have to be patient. The renovated restaurant looks brighter and more inviting but drinks dispenser is still old and doesn't work very well. I requested for fresh hot chips and I was very pleased that my request was granted. KFC staff does tend to prioritize drive thru customers so that's why we like to go earlier in the morning to avoid the queue.

   Made an online order tonight and found that part of the order was missing and instructions weren’t done on one of the meals. Also tried ringing numerous times and no one answered the phone either. Not good at all!!

   Don't shop here. Arrogant and entitled. I'm a travelling sale rep and buy kfc regularly. I asked for my usual combination of chicken pieces and was told it can't be done, even though it's a regular combination. The lady was rude about it. I walked out and drove to Christchurch Airport KFC and got my choice given to me by a cheerful person in under a minute. Sorry Papanui residents, shop elsewhere.

   Would be nice to walk into a restaurant that was clean and free of hazards. Water overflowing from the drinks machine over the floor. Watched staff step over the water instead of cleaning and putting up cones to warn others. Tables not cleared and customers waiting for ages to be served. Be nice to have staff who actually cared about their workplace..we actually put the cones up to warn other customers.

   UPDATE March 2023 visited at 10:45am and store was clean(ish), well staffed and quiet. UPDATE December 2022: Sunday 12:45pm. No coleslaw. No red onions. No fanta. No Lift. Drinks machine it of order. Digital order screens out of order. No customer service. 22 minutes from paying for order to recieved if. Priority given to dinner connected orders (Uber). Management at this outlet need oversight put in place to guide them on improvements the image of the KFC brand that they are responsible for. UPDATE October 2022: Saturday 11:30am. "Sorry, we don't have got wings. Sorry we don't have chicken for the 1/4 pack." So no longer kfC, just kf Not clean. Slow. Cold. Order was incomplete. Chicken poorly cooked. In the 35 minutes I was in-store there was no cleaning undertaken in the dining area. UPDATE June 2022 - not a lot has changed. Store was tidier than last time but not by much. Had to ask for cup lids. Seems too be little effort by the staff in this area.

   The lady who served us was polite, cheerful and helpful. My food was just warm and I tried it immediately. The state of the shop was terrible. Dirty, rubbish everywhere. No pride in this store. Totally disappointed and disgusting. No health or safety considerations.
