The food was good, I had falafel with beetroot feta sandwich. The falafel was warm, soft and flavorful. The salad was fresh, well seasoned but however I wish there was a little more of feta and edamame. Spinach and beetroot dominated the salad. Would like to try a medium portion next time :)
Delicious options filled with all the veggies and loaded with flavor. Really enjoyed trying the medium size last night for dinner.
Overall disappointing. I ordered the medium brisket with two salads - quinoa and chickpea and beetroot and feta. The beetroot and feta one was great, crisp fresh, juicy and flavoursome. However both the brisket and quinoa and chickpea salad were very disappointing. Super dry and bland. The meat was super tough and flavourless Overall a meh
Staff were so friendly and exceedingly helpful with recommending how to make a low FODMAP meal from their menu items- no easy task! Food is always presented immaculately and sooo flavourful! Can’t recommend enough
I would happily eat here everyday, it’s filling and it’s a massive bonus that it’s gluten free! Staff are always kind and friendly, I would highly recommend trying here, whether you’re gluten free or not. (My absolute favourite is the kumara ribbons they are ridiculously good)
Ordered the chicken and beetroot salad. I found the chicken to be dry and over cooked. You are given wooden cutlery to use but I had such an ordeal trying to cut the chicken I had to eat with my fingers. The beetroot salad was ok but nothing to rave about as found it was lacking flavour. Think I will try other places, next time I go to riverside market as I was quite disappointed, particularly for the amount of money they charge. Would say that the service was quick though and the staff were friendly.
Tried this place out for lunch and have to admit I found it a little disappointing. Ordered the fish and chips with the beet/feta salad. The salad was delicious, but the fish was a tad dry and the chips bland even with the dipping sauce. Perhaps the oil the potatoes are fried in could be seasoned a bit more? Or, the potatoes are cut into smaller chips, so more of the oil’s flavour comes through?
This place shines with goods vibes! I felt great all day after such a fresh meal. The ingredients come from the garden and are very well combined. This restaurant wants the customer to feel healthy and also thinks about the environment by choosing suitable cutlery.
Love their food! So yummy vegetarian and vegan option. Very juicy felafel bun and the fish was smooth and very well-coated. But wait, the kumara ribbons are very well executed- thin, crispy and not too salty. The staff are friendly and efficient!
