Excellent wine store. Stopped in on the way through Christchurch late last week - delighted we did. One of the best selections of Burgundy in NZ, along with many other great choices. Fair prices and excellent service.

Their selection covers the full gamut of elegant and exceptional European wines, with many other options also available too. Hand picked range. If you are after something special when in CHCH, then this is the place to go. Owners are knowledgeable, interested, and will help find the right wine for you.

Engaging tastings, thoughtful, broad selection, and a matching depth of knowledge; Dave, and Decant, is an important part of not just the landscape of wine in Christchurch, but forms a pinnacle of the South Island, and indeed, this store is leading the wine drinkers of NZ as a whole onward, unto the best of the Old World, as well as the new.
