   We stayed one night, which was a great pleasure. Friendly welcome by the host and detailed explanation about the house. It is well designed in a very high standard and finishes, and well equipted with all what you need. Amazing cultivated gardening around the building, a view of the mountains along with the farms around, complet it to a perfect place to stay. Moreover, a delicious bread made by the host is a pleasant bonus for the breakfast. Only one unit for visitors - so run quickly to get it.

Nestled in the peaceful countryside near Waihou, the guest wing offered breathtaking views of Mount Te Aroha and the sweeping Kaimai Range — a truly serene setting. The accommodation was spotless, comfortable, and wonderfully private, complete with a cozy lounge and all the amenities needed for a relaxing break. But what made our visit truly special were the hosts, Steve and Pauline. They struck the perfect balance between being warm and welcoming, yet always respectful of our privacy. We opted to join them for the evening meal — and we highly recommend it. The food was absolutely wonderful, and the conversation even better.    This was my second time staying with Pauline and Steve through Airbnb, and once again, it was a wonderful experience. The accommodation is lovely, with a beautiful view from the courtyard. Pauline even prepared a delicious dinner for us, which was such a thoughtful touch. Relaxing in the spa pool before bed was the perfect way to end the day. I left feeling completely recharged!

   Absolutely fantastic BnB! The place is really beautiful and immaculately clean, we loved the comfortable beds and warm home and the spa was a fantastic extra! The country setting is really nice and our kids enjoyed seeing cows nearby and checking for eggs in the chicken house! Steve was a very welcoming host, and accommodated all of our needs with ease and kindness. It is clear that these hosts have very high standards and take very good care of the guests! Highly recommend!

   Absolutely incredible accommodation - beautiful location, sensational property, fantastic hosts. Steve and Pauline have poured their soul into their Eco property and it shows. Steve kindly fixed a flat tyre we had and even gave us some grapefruit upon checking out. We enjoyed a comfortable bed, a well appointed and beautifully designed apartment, a delicious dinner cooked by our hosts, and a gorgeous hot spa. If you have the chance to book here, do it!
