   This was, without question, the most unprofessional customer service I’ve ever encountered. I called to book an appointment this morning, and Sarah answered the phone while standing next to a roaring hair dryer. Instead of stepping away from the noise, she stayed put and repeated told me to speak up because she couldn’t hear ~ despite the fact that the issue was entirely on her end. Then she old to to repeat the entire conversation again because she couldn't hear me! Then, without warning, she hung up on me. I tried calling back immediately, but she refused to answer. I did manage to get through about 10min later ~ no apology, no courtesy, no effort to resolve the situation. Just complete disregard for new customer. Absolutely disgraceful.

   Absolutely terrible!!!!!!! Paid $50 deposit, never got my hair done. The first time I went into this salon I had a lovely girl (who no longer works there … wonder why?!) but someone else was complaining and asking for a refund! I now understand why! I booked and paid online, got a snarky voicemail and call later to be laughed at saying “arrh you booked this but didn’t even book a toner or a wash out”. I’m not the hairdresser hun! Every time I’ve got to the hairdresser I sit down and have a consultation and discuss what I need done. I understand allocated time needs to be established but don’t have what I selected as an option if it needs a wash and toner included. I already wanted to cancel as I’d been laughed at and dumbed down. Went, sat down explained what I needed … she said “wait let me see if we have enough time for that?” Then told me I couldn’t do half of what I wanted and would have to pay for the bleach she’d already made up. After back and forth with her and the manager I walked out! Absolutely useless hairdressers and extremely rude! I’m fuming and expect a full refund!!! Do not go here!

   Hairdressers not that good didn't even trim the hair going down back of kneck one boy was half trimmed at back of head at base an other boy wasn't even trimmed at base of back could see the hair going down the kneck by the big lady with dark long blonde hair never see her won't be going back

   Good Customer Experience. Gave my Christmas wishes to Synergy NZ the palms. They were happy and I was satisfied. That they accepted my request of Christmas celebration. I have seen their hair products and have noticed that some of them do not contain sodium laureth sulfate. Thanks to staff.
