Awesome service. They diagnosed the problem with my laptop program and kept me informed all the way through sorting it . The gentlemen on the front desk has excellent knowledge and a calm pleasant way of deal with the customers. Very organized and great team work!
Efficient team and very nice to deal with. My issue wasn't overcomplicated, but it was urgent as downtime means losing business for me. They worked hard to get me sorted out quickly and kept me updated throughout the process. The pricing was 100% transparent - obviously more expensive than a DIY fix - but it was fair and exactly as quoted with no surprises. I hope I won't need their services again anytime soon, but if I do, the team at Smart Click will definitely be my first call.
Network adaptor issue. I was really happy that I was able to use a local computer company. They kept in contact all through the process and were upfront about delays or down time for the work that needed to be done on my computer. Their pricing was really affordable as well.
