   Worst service of any store. I am consistently let down by the lack of service!! I walked around the shop. A staff member said hello as they walked past me. I stood by the product I wanted help with while 4 employees stood around the desk. I called Heathcotes while in store got great service and they gave me a great price. I will never ever step foot in this store again

   We always try to support local stores and are SO disappointed with the service from Noel Leeming Te Awamutu. A near new Samsung microwave over heated, we could smell a burning smell and it stopped working - Four weeks later with no microwave and minimal communication is it returned to us - advising us there is no fault, and to clean it! (Was not dirty at all)!. So it is sitting on the bench and after heating something for 5 minutes the frame of it is nearly to Hot to touch and starting to smell. We will never purchase from this store again - very disappointing and we are left with a microwave that potentially is dangerous but need to wait until it explodes for it to be refunded.    Called in around 4.30pm yesterday and the guy behind the desk was able to fix my phone issue as Id moved stuff from one phone to another but had 2 wee issues I couldn't figure out. He knew how to fix it and it was sorted with in 2-3 minutes. Very helpful kind happy staff. Thank you again so much.

   Great service from Blain and team,. I purchased a Google Chromecast with Google tv dongle with hope of using installed apps plus tvnz plus app. Tvnz plus app is unable to be used in NZ according to chromecast unit???. Blain spent ages trying to sort out, but in the end credited back and sold me unit that works great. Great service with no hassle

   I waiked in and was told I couldn't walk behind the counter as I was unaware I was behind it great welcome to noel leeming te awamutu.the body language from server was like you don't look right and from there service from her was abrut. A group of others stood steering as if I was being judged by what I looked like. My enquiry was for a powerful lap top and prices as to which the server was not listening to my reason and it was for a project I intended to use it for. It's so easy for customer to go elsewhere where service is important.the likes of jb hifi Harvey Norman's etc. Not happy sorry.

   One of the staff (Indian looking guy) just stood around instead of helping me and snorted at my credit card (why is it funny that it’s platinum rude much?). Not sure if it’s because we are people of color. Hope that’s not the case! We spent quite a lot at this store over the past few weeks and this is the first time I have been offended by the staff!
