We had a hot water thermostat fail on the first night after moving into our first home. Craig from Chesters really looked after us, helping secure a warrenty replacement cylinder since no parts were available, recommending an excellent plumber and sorting things on the back end with them. Genuinely great over and beyond service that they didn't make a cent out of. Got a customer for life here.
