The kitchen at Zodiac Bar takes a pan‑Asian comfort path and lets the food speak. Dumplings and bowls carry clear, direct flavours. Front‑of‑house runs with calm, helpful energy. Meals reach the pass promptly. A sensible spend for the spread.
We booked here for their first Xmas dinner. It was EXCELLENT. Was served at our tables and each plate to share was delivered quickly. Food was 9.5/10 Will definately go next year and we will visit them throughout the year as it was truly some of best asian fusion good we have had. FlavourTown
An absolute treat - apart from the food and service being first class, the aesthetics of the interior design is amazing. Every detail is well thought out and it all came together to provide us with an absolutely delightful experience for drinks and a light lunch of Asian fusion dishes. Would highly recommend
This restaurant was one of the eateries facing the Avon river in the area. The tram run in front of the entrance from time to time. The unit was designed in Chinese style with some tables outside the building. The staff service was great. Although we sat in a side corridor, the waiter let us study the menu and returned to take the order. Food were delivered orderly. The waiter come to us several times and asked for our comments. Chefs were hired from China, Philippines, Malaysia, making all Asian dishes. Quality of Asian food was good in a foreign country. The choice of different types of tables was adequate.
Zodiac was a nice relaxed atmosphere and a foodie’s delight. There were so many choices and the service was amazing. They were so helpful and friendly. It was delicious to sample each others if you want to share. The beef was so tender and tasty. The chicken dish hah an Asia style to it. All the food was delicious.
We were so incredibly blown away at our dinner at Zodiac, such amazing food, fantastic service. Beautiful place , divine cocktails. Highly recommend.
Design, Service and quality outstanding. We had Dumplings in different varieties and all were fantastic. The presentation of each single dish is extraordinary. Prices are very reasonable. Staff is extremely caring and the outside seating is fabulous.
Gorgeous bar at the start of Riverside Market. The European guy at the bar who made our drinks was phenomenal! Even though the bar was pretty busy, he was making sure all drinks were upto the mark. Service was a bit slow and no waiters in sight as it was new year's so we ended up ordering drinks at the bar. All sodas and lemonades were free of charge with vodka and rum! Recommend these: pig rat Grey goose with cranberry juice A drink with guava (can't recall the name) Steamed oysters
Absolutely amazing service, the staff make you feel welcome and seem to customize each experience differently for each customer. Love that. The food is delicious; we had the Peking Duck dish and omg best Peking duck I've ever had! 11/10 On the pricey side but 100% worth it
