It was a good place for a 40 minute loop walk in the shade on a hot day but there are very few native plants. I was not expecting most of the trees, etc to be introduced. There weren't any native birds either, other than a couple of ducks.

A great walk! Nice and easy, flat loop walk. Lots of birds, the wetlands and some great trees too! We did it in 40 minutes with our 6 year old and a dog. I love that you can take dogs on a lead.

Amazing wetland with a perimeter walk. Lots of different bird species and interesting native and exotic trees. Can be accessed from various entrances, Boyd Carpark, Boyd field and Ritchie Street. Great spot for an easy, flat walk, takes about 20 minutes. a cool jetty on the western side of the wetland.

Love this place for a quiet walk, can finish the loop in about 1 hour. Have to park on the roadside, no specific parking space

Astonishing place for walk, so good for relaxation, extremely peaceful while walking while enjoying the presence of trees and other creatures in there. Have benches to sit on when got tired walking. Nice to be back, another views perhaps during autumn. You can also take your dogs for walk.

Exciting loop walk (easy/medium). Lots of foraging opportunities and edible trees. The wetland has look outs and a lot of the track has gravel or boardwalks. Easily walkable in an hour or less.

We love walking through here. Every season the trees look beautiful in a different way. Often we take our dog on a lead too as it is one of her favourite places too. Swans in the wetlands looking out from the viewing jetty!

Stunning picturesque views and a good, long but easy walk. The trail is good, with both path and board walk. Good parking also. This place is great and will definitely visit again.

We love Walking here with our dog on a lead Every season is so different and we often take photos of blossoming trees in spring and beautiful leaf colours in autumn. Wild birds on the river are great to see. It is easy walking and it is great to see so many of all different ages using the track.
