Communication - active commitment to working in unison with the owner: including a willingness to listen, patience, flexible, and always available when needed - to meet, talk, negotiate, reassure. 2. Highest quality of workmanship - attention to detail that is, I believe, second to none 3. Efficiency Leo and his team were outstanding throughout my build process, I was never in any doubt Leo and his team had my best interests and goals at heart - financially, emotionally and my desired outcome. Issues arising during the complex and long process of building a house are unavoidable - how those issues are managed between the owner and builder determines whether the build is predominantly a stressful, unenjoyable process or a largely enjoyable process that you look back on with fond feelings, not angst. The guidance and care of Leo and his team ensured I experienced the latter. The final outcome met my very high expectations in terms of quality, precision and excellence - all completed within a very reasonable timeframe. I was a single woman with no building experience - Leo respected me, my opinions (of which there were many! ) and my decisions - I strongly believe I could not have found a better team to bring my dream to reality.
