Had some work done by Jarrad a number of years ago involving a pretty straight forward turbo conversion. I was under quoted by over 50% and had the job take nearly a month despite being quoted a week. I accept there can be unforeseen circumstances in a job, but after coming in early to collect the car on several occasions, what I found was that Jarrad was chatting to every person who stepped foot in the workshop - for hours. I had told him that was my only vehicle. Found him to be pretty brazen. Probably my worst experience with a business to date.
Excellent service from Greg. He went above and beyond to provide assistance with an issue I had. He was very good at explaining technical terms in a way that I could understand and is a real asset to Turbo Care. Well done Greg!

Jarrad is simply awesome. Extremely knowledgeable about Turbo Rebuilds and very helpful. I don't know how many emails he responded to for me but it was alot!
