   Highly recommend if someone needs their fur babies taken care of. I have two indoor cats that I don’t hesitate to drop off with Brenda when I need. It has been extremely helpful to have her so available, knowing they will be in a safe environment and with a person who cares about and loves cats. I have had Brenda take care of my two cats a few times now and they, themselves, love being there.

   After a quick search on google, I found hotel kitty boutique. With great reviews & website I decided to connect with Brenda. She called me quick after my initial email & talked to me about my questions & addressed how it worked (my first time using a Cattery for my 2x cats). Upon that conversation I quickly booked my kitties in & provided all information required (well detailed out in emails). Coming up to my booking, I received further emails to make sure I was ready to bring my kitties in. They stayed 2weeks over this recent Christmas / New Year period. Drop off & pick up was a breeze. Upon pick up, there was no sign of stress, both kitties were relaxed. Thanks Brenda for the love & care you have for the kitties that come into your care. I recommend this kitty hotel, 10/10. I feel at ease that we can go away & have a place for the kitties to stay safe during that period.

   I have used many catteries over the years (30) ,but Brenda's Hotel Kitty truly stands out.The quality of service here is exceptional _ Brenda goes the extra mile to ensure every cat is cared for with kindness and professionalism....That care also extends to the cat owner!! The rural setting is tranquil and relaxing ,it's clear Brenda is clearly genuinely passionate about what she does. My normally timid cat is always happy and relaxed after her stay and I am treated to photographs which show me my cat is enjoying her stay and is very settled .This establishment gives the owner peace of mind knowing. top notch level of care is provided.Brenda is a true cat person and outstanding business proprietor. I never worry now when I have to leave my cay . I highly recommend.

   Brenda, the owner of Hotel Kitty Boutique, is truly exceptional! Without fail, after Cleo's stays with her, Cleo returned calmer and better behaved than when she left us in the first place. It's evident that Brenda deeply cares for the feline guests at her cattery, as she is attentive to their dietary needs and other requirements. I wholeheartedly recommend her cattery to anyone looking for top-notch cat care in Waikato area! Cleo will truely miss her visits! Thanks for taking such good care of her. :)

   Wonderful place to entrust your furbaby. Was lovely to be welcomed by Brenda on arrival to pick up and drop off and seeing how lovely Toffee was and seemed comfortable in the Hotel Kitty environment. This cattery is the cleanest, warmest, furbaby and Holman friendly. I would thoroughly recommend. The best in the Waikato.

   Brenda runs a wonderful cattery. She is such a friendly, happy, positive person. The suites are clean and full of toys for the cats to keep busy. I was sent photos of our boy while on holiday which was very sweet. I will happily recommend Hotel Kitty to anyone who needs Brenda's service.

   Our cat Winston stayed over Christmas and new year. We love Hotel Kitty! It’s clean and tidy the cats are spoilt! They have chandeliers, music playing, fresh water fountains! All you could think of. It’s run flawlessly and I never felt worried about Winston while we were away! Amazing service and couldn’t be happier! Will be Winston’s hotel of choice in future.
