Worst experience ever. First of all didn't get a reminder for my appt that I swore was at quarter past I tried calling all day to check my appt time but no answer. I was set to arrive at 10 past. They called me at 5 past saying I was late I said it was for quarter past she said no didn't you check your reminder text. I said I didnt get one but its OK I'm only 3 min away she then said because I was late they wouldn't be able to do my full appointment. When I arrived I had to wait 30 min until my appt anyway as they were running late. The lady on reception then grilled me as it was my fault I was late and they were short-staffed so couldn't answer the phone when I tried calling. At this stage I felt very uncomfortable and wish I left then as thing just got worse. $1000 later I walked out with a very swallon face. I called two days later my face still swallon and getting worse and they said my face was swallon because I had my mouth open for a long time (30min?) never had that before anywhere else 30 min seems pretty normal for an appointment. They told me to just let it heal and ring back if it get worse. Left it for 3 more days swelling got worse I couldn't eat and my face was all bruised. Called again they didn't seem worried I said I wanted someone to look at it that day as I was in agony. Went back and was told I need a root canal $1500. Was told I had an infection as well from the fillings. Went to two other dentists for an opinion who both said I don't need a root canal am still having issues with that side of mouth since visit 6 months ago. Never again.

Had to go to Hamilton no temporary relief or repair for exposed nerve told root canal would take four appointments over six weeks starting in November, not acceptable got fixed in under eight hours else where endured five days of pain to support local business never again
