   Poor service and communication. Two working days prior to my appointment Lumino text me to confirm, which I replied. I turned up to find my appointment had been cancelled with no communication. I was told the manager deleted people from the system, there was nothing they could do about it & they were going home. Complete waste of time, my husband finished work early to look after the kids. Would not recommend.
