   Go see DJ he’s lovely. He is very good at helping you understand the mattress differences and is super patient whilst you try out the differences. No pushing or pressure gives you all the info you need and has a lot of knowledge. Super happy with all the service and delivery exactly when I need! Highly recommend.

   We have recently purchased a bed from Shiv at Bedpost in Christchurch. Shiv's customer service has been exceptional! We are in Auckland and Shiv went out of his way to go around to my sons flat in CHC to measure up so that we could purchase the bed that would fit. He also organised a loan bed while we are waiting for the purchased bed. Shiv was a pleasure to deal with on the phone, got back to me promptly. I would highly recommend Shiv and Bedpost if you are looking to purchase a bed.

If you want Incredible service from someone with top notch experience and impeccable integrity, come to see Shiv at bed post. He is generous with his time and genuinely happy to find the best solution at the most competitive price. I have worked in sales all my life and like a high standard of service. The true skill of selling something is to be focused on the customer’s needs, not selling your product, being honest and committed to genuinely helping not upselling, Shiv was a true professional. I have complex health issues that had taken the joy out of getting in to bed and Shiv’s knowledge ensured I got the best bed possible for my whole situation. We are not a rich family and this is a big purchase for us, but I have walked away happy and confident to have spent my money with Shiv, knowing that no one else would have made my money work harder for my needs. The delivery team were friendly, fast and efficient. They set everything up and took away all the rubbish. The whole experience has left me joyfully, confident and super comfortable.
