I visit BP every day around Christchurch and the Morehouse station has the most unhygienic bathrooms in all of Christchurch. This basin in the toilets was absolutely disgusting, but the kicker is, it was like this for 3 days. The yellow grime around the plug area had not been cleaned at all. I took a photo and showed a staff member. He didn’t care at all. I completed a feedback form on the BP app and asked someone to get in contact so I could chat to them about it. A week later, no one has contacted me. Do not go to this BP if you need to use the toilets.

Refused to serve my wife as the staff decided to prioritise mobile orders, despite us waiting in line with a three-month-old baby. Ended up giving up after waiting for more than 10 minutes.
