   Hi, I want to give feedback about the slow service at your store. I ordered a coffee online at 11:24 pm for pickup at 11:31 pm, but when I arrived, my coffee was not ready. I asked one of the staff members (a girl wearing glasses—I’m not sure of her name), and she said she didn’t see my order, then laughed. I was very disappointed with this service. Please look into this issue. Thank you.

   Worst boy I’ve been to I know so many people get letter saying they havnt payed for there gas wen they have and have receipts me and my son had exact same issue lucky we kept the receipts

   Absolutely appalling behaviour of a blonde female staff member today yelling at my daughter to "get out" even though she had purchased a drink and sat down to enjoy it. She absolutely embarrassed my daughter in front of other staff and customers, proceeded to look at her in disgust because she was packing her stuff up ( but not fast enough for the lady's liking ) and then proceeded to yell again to "move faster and get out". If this woman is management then yr business is in serious trouble. She could have just come and asked her politely to leave and given a reasonable explanation. Maybe she needs to be trained in customer service. Check yr cameras to see this incident and then decide if it was uncalled for or not. I will be laying an official complaint to yr head office.

   I recently had a very disappointing experience at this gas station. It seemed like an employees was being trained to be rude and unhelpful. They refused to provide service when I needed assistance and wasted my time with their dismissive attitude. I expected a much better level of customer service, and this experience was far from satisfactory. I hope management addresses these issues to improve the overall experience for customers.

   Always get my morning coffee here. The loveliest of lady's makes it for me in the morning. Love her to bits. Also really like Olivia great service from her also!!! keep it up.
