    I had such a fantastic experience at Evo Cycles thanks to Nate and Bobby. I brought in my daughter’s little birthday bike that I’d put together myself, and it needed some real TLC to get the brakes working right. Nate recognized me from my call and got to work right away. He not only fixed the brakes but also checked the tires, adjusted the seat and handlebars, and made sure everything was perfect for her first training-wheel-free ride. The whole experience was brilliant. They truly went the extra mile to help. Highly recommend!

    Bikes shouldn't be advertised on the website unless they are built and ready to sell. People want to test the bike before buying. Maybe get more staff to build bikes. My score can turn to a 5 star if I get the service that is needed.
