   A rather hit or miss branch. Luck of the draw as whether the sub will be tasty and the service great or it will be poorly made by someone who really isn't great at customer service. Also when did sub if the day stop including foot long subs? I haven't been in a while but it doesn't seem like it's much of a saving anymore.

   Don’t usually write reviews but i had to write one after this awful experience. Me and my wife went in to get dinner. The old asian lady serving us was rude the whole time, she puts the wrong sauce on and then proceeds to get mad when we kindly tell her it’s the wrong one. She was also very judgemental about our orders. I work in hospitality so I understand some days can be tiring, but don’t get mad at the customer when you’re the one in the wrong. Customer service jobs aren’t for everyone that’s for sure. Will not be coming back!

   Horrible staff to their staff!!! This lady was trainee today and the old Asian lady was supposed to be training her and was absolutely horrible to her. She was out the back and we waited for 15 minutes for our food that was cold even though it had been in the grill as it was a quesadilla. When training you're supposed to talk your staff through what they're doing. Then another girl walked into the staff area with a septum piercing and ripped off the Uber Eats receipt and didn't even acknowledge the trainee out in the food area BY HERSELF just stood there laughing in the back with the Asian lady. I felt so bad that I told her loudly that she was doing well and yelled to the ones in the back that she was doing well. Your training staff are horrible. If you're the new trainee reading this, this screams toxic.

   Literally stole my money. Ordered online, delivery was never sent as the order was never made. Called up a few times to organise a refund but the manager was supposedly not there and didn't bother trying to contact me after my leaving my details. You'd be better off going anywhere else but Subway Barrington.

   I really Don’t want to review this store but this guys really rude and they guys closing 10 and i reached here 9:49 but they said we are closed. Even not want to listen to us. They are like last 10 minutes are to clean our machines but Subway guys need to mention that they are not able to sell anything before 15 minutes of closing. Really bad and that is the reason store has low review. Sorry i had to give it 1 star just because there was no option for 0star. Not recommended!!!!!

   Most disgusting subway I’ve been too. If I could give it negative stars I would. Absolutely filthy, staff don’t wear hats. Staff handle cash in the gloves they make your food with. Obviously terrible ownership/management. Would love too see their food safety rating but it was not displayed.

   Communication was so difficult!! I am on the shorter side and hard of hearing. Staff also short...making it difficult and so hard to hear over the cabinet....aircon/heater above also extremely noisy. Told them several times i couldn't hear anything..no effort made to clarify anything. 3 orders: 2 the same apart from size Orders not right when we got home......but will not go back to complain or order again.

   Typical small mall subway, food is great, I've only seen one server smile consistently. No urgency when packed in terms of staff members helping out on the line.

   Wow barrington you have let your shop go, place was filthy , both in the eating area and behind the counter, tables were disgusting, attitudes of staff were terrible, also why was a child behind the counter serving people? Blonde girl looked like she had just rolled out of bed, disheveled and dirty, I wouldnt want her handling my food and why the hell is it so hard to wrap a wrap, she had literally wrapped the paper into the wrap, was a soggy, sloppy mess, cookies were not cooked. Overall, Disappointing to say the least . Do better subway Barrington

   A blonde sandwich artist threw an unopen napkin in front of me.My apology if she was irritated not being able to hear me wanting everything with salad. I seriously felt she was coming out to punch me after i upset her. Is it because of my skin colour upset her. Never ever being treated like this at any Subway. I insulted myself with 5.50 as my pre birthday Chil. Could i have my money back please?if you wana check your Cctv. Please do. I will put up this rare and unique experience on google map even though i guess the store owner could care at all. A Very surprising visit.
