   I went a few months back to get my hair coloured back from blonde to brunette. I discussed a demi gloss colour with Ioana and to get my hair back to my natural brunette which was a level 5, the whole time she was in such a rush, knocking things over, dye all over my face it made me feel really uneasy about the whole process of her doing my hair. Anyways I do not have a major issue with all that however I do have a major issue with the fact that my hair came out jet black and definitely not level 5, I left shocked but not in a big fuss as I had faith that it would fade out over time (as a demi does) however it did not and infact never slipped 1 bit. I was then told by my new hairdresser that it was actually permanent hair colour which I then ended up having to bleach out to get back to my natural hair colour and even then it left a horrible black band around my head that is going to take more bleaching sessions to get rid of! I’m not leaving this review as a defamation of the business just leaving some feedback as I feel the hairdresser should of communicated that it was a permanent hair colour as this was not what I wanted, I leave this review in hope that something could be changed and or feedback could be passed on here because I used to love it and would love to come back!

   It is always a pleasure coming here, I have been for a couple of years now I think. Always feel welcomed here, I struggle to find a hair salon to trust with my hair, this place is it!! Affordable prices with great services! Ioana is amazing, she has so much knowledge and always tells you what she is doing and why. As a paying client it makes you feel like you’re in great hands! I will definitely always recommend Ioana!

   YOU SHOULD NEVER GO HERE cost $320 for foils and a colour and cut the price was fine the colour foils and cut the most appalling hairdresser i have ever been to in my life not what i asked for she destroyed my hair left dye all over my hairline never washed out the colour properly and when i got home my husband asked if i had done this myself I rang the salon and got the girl that did my hair and all she could say was i never noticed that did you want to come back in I THINK NOT , ALREADY RUINED MY HAIR ONCE I paid a further $90 at another salon to get colour corrected first photo below is the picture i showed her of what i wanted the next ones are what i got brown hair copper foils the other photos are what i ended up with i hope that they never do this to anyone again and the girl should be fired as she should never be a hairdresser and never be unsupervised

   I've been here twice now and each time I was blown away by the great customer service and the amazing skills of the hairdressers. I saw Amanda on both visits for haircuts and balyage treatments. I will not be going anywhere else from now on. I love my new hair and it's all thanks to Revive at the Palms ❤
