   Eaten here for the past 5 days while I've been down here for work and I cannot fault this place, food is bloody amazing and they are so accommodating with the food, fries do take 30 mins to cook as they are oven cook but totally worth it. Highly recommend this place. Waiter Zoey is a star! I'm a cealic and have issues with gluten and tomatoes and they have been really accommodating with my condition

   First visit — hands down the best burger I’ve ever had! Absolutely delicious. Our server, Zoe, was awesome — super friendly and really went the extra mile. Came back a second time and had the lamb shanks… melt-in-your-mouth tender and full of flavour. Lola looked after us this time and was just as friendly and same, warm outstanding service. Big thanks to Zoe and Lola — you both made our visits a real treat. Highly recommend this place, can’t wait to come back!

   We used to absolutely love The Redoubt. 2 years ago it was our go to spot, visiting multiple times a week. The staff back then were effortlessly fantastic, the drinks were always spot-on, and the food was great. Things have gone downhill. After a string of disappointing cocktails, slow or incorrect food orders, and inconsistent service, we gradually stopped going. Over the past 8 months we’ve tried giving it another chance a few times, but each visit has had an issue. This week we decided to give The Redoubt one last go but sadly, it was more of the same. Our food order wasn’t put through, so after waiting over an hour our kids (under 6) had completely had enough. Anyone with young kids knows timing is everything. There did seem to be a dedicated bar person this time so I was hopeful and ordered a margarita, but it was unfortunately terrible. On the bright side, our waitress was friendly and as always the decor and location are great. But overall, it just isn’t worth the time or money anymore because it consistently disappoints. Such a shame, because it used to be one of the best spots in town.

   A cozy well decorated friendly warm place to enjoy time with friends or have a morning coffee before work like me. Outside tables are also having an upbeat feeling since it's a small beautiful town to visit. I've had cappuccino with no added sugar, cinnamon or chocolate. Good temperature and well made plus a caramel slice which tasted awesome. It made me a very bright morning. The staff are kind of cool and quick.

   Dinner here was good disappointed that they changed they menu enjoyed the cheesy garlic bread mentioned to staff member and was a rude to say you get that elsewhere okay but thought it wasn't good customer service
