   Highly recommended! I stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a truly wonderful experience. Gin, the lady who manages the place, was absolutely amazing — so kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. I was traveling alone and felt completely safe throughout my stay. There’s also convenient parking close to the rooms. I definitely recommend this place!

   Fantastic stay! Great location, spotless rooms, and outstanding service. I accidentally dropped my car keys in the after-hours dropbox while checking out early. I called, and the owners came out straight away to swap keys, saving me any delay. Truly amazing service—thank you!

   Had a great stay here. Was very cold weather and we were warm and very comfortable. We were helped to our room by a very friendly lady. There was even a lift. Great room with plenty of space and a balcony. Easy to get to so many restaurants. Even had electric blankets and my personal favourite was the fresh milk. Thank you:)

   Perfectly located for the event we were going to in North Hagley Park and an easy (and really beautiful) walk into the hospitality precinct. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed, amazing shower, and the hosts were friendly, took an interest in what we were doing and that we knew where to find everything in town, and great to chat to in general. Great value for money, great place to stay! Easy 5 stars!

   Amazingly helpful hosts who focussed on making our stay exceptional. Fabulous location close to the city centre and airport public bus. Can easily self cater for breakfast etc and numerous quality restaurants available within 5 minutes walk.
