Glenbyre has just reopened its restaurant and is a great choice if you are looking for a well priced and elevated pub meal. The Bao buns were absolutely delicious. Service was 10/10 and the newly renovated restaurant is lovely.
My partner and myself went to Glenbrye for tea as we heard alot about new chef. We were not disappointed at all I had fish chips lots off fish and tasted beautiful. Lyn had the lamb shank got to say I wish I had ordered it also it was Devine it tasted so good full off flavor and meat melted from the bone we will either eat in house or get it as a takeaway. Staff are awesum and very friendly we are both in hospitality so appreciate great service we fully recommend the Glenbrye Tavern if in the area call in it's great to see good old school bars still exist with old fashion hosipatality also a great social club

I felt the bar as a suburban pub was brilliant, staff were great, I got abused, bullied and insulted by some (not most) of the local patrons for trying to make conversation, I don't really want to return, it's too redneck for me.
Very warm friendly place the food was top notch. I was there with a large group but there was heaps of food. Yummy home made lasagna n the size of the finger food was a good slice size.. Not a bite size. Very Impressed with the place.
Atmosphere ok bar staff grumpy ,every time we visit this tavern. No need for it. Need a lesson in communication,big time
