   Disappointing experience – not worth the visit. The quality of the baked goods did not match the price at all — items were dry, stale, and lacked any freshness you’d expect from a bakery. Service was another issue. Staff appeared uninterested and dismissive, and basic courtesy was lacking. When I raised a concern, it was brushed off rather than addressed, which made the experience even more frustrating. The shop itself also felt poorly managed. Cleanliness and presentation were below standard, I wouldn’t recommend this place and won’t be returning.

   The most delicious gateau raspberry cake . Brought for my partners birthday it was so fresh , the raspberries were a bonus inside the cake and very moist . 5 stars ☺️ definitely be buying my birthday cake from here . Thank you . And the coffee is great too.

   Heard so much about this bakery we had to come try. The kids LOVED the iced choc and the ham and cheese croissant. I brought a new friend here too she loved the bakes. I also bought some small sweet treats to go n they were marvellous.

   It's a well-established bakery, likely bustling during peak hours. The decaf soy latte paired nicely with almond meal-spiced pastries. While not modern or trendy, the place offers ample seating and park space for weekday (visited around 3pm) coffee and treats.

   Impressed with the variety of beautifully presented foods on display, making it hard to choose as everything looks so good. A variety of sandwiches, pies, and sweet treats - plenty of selection. Place can get pretty busy - good to get in early if possible. I would be happy to return to this place again... judging by the number of people that come here, I'm guessing it's repeat business, i.e., happy customers.

   Always a bakery for a treat. However, the sausage roll was a little disappointing. Usual cost but very small. The taste made up for it a bit.

   Brought a pie and chocolate eclairs. The jam in the chocolate eclairs was to much for me and it was mainly on one side if they had it on top it would be easier for me to take it out but this is my preference only . Both were good , service was great aswell. It always seems to be busy here everytime we pass by. Yes I would go back here again.

   Maybe the best bakery in town. This place has the right to be called "bakery", unlike most of others. Stepping in, (and I am Italian, so yeah, I know a big deal of what an actual bakery looks and, most of all, smells like) makes you feel in a right place, something you feel being rare in nz as you step into any so-called bakery. Food is, overall, a pro. It feels you are in a bar/bakery at home. As cons, the huge one is the day off and opening time. This is a bar, why is Sunday their day off? People get breakfast even on Sunday... And closing every day at 4.30pm? Don't people go out for a hot chocolate at night? I also just found out they close during holiday... Why? People get breakfast even, especially, when it's holiday...!! Another con: not much variety of pastry... besides the almond croissants, there is basically nothing else.... and the almond croissant itself is not particularly good. Lastly, the price, not particularly convenient. Anyway, still recommend!!
