   DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!! these people will literally charge you for there employees to load and stock the work vehicles before and after they work on your home! Then when confronted about absolute ridiculous charges for time and travel the owner will be completely unprofessional and beyond rude! Please use anyone other than this company who is out here taking advantage of people!

   Absolutely abysmal Service.. would never recommend to anyone.. overcharges and does not accurate quote for prices. Charges $107 plus GST for 15 minute of work. Then charges mileage plus adds extra time for travel.. no other supplies are needed on site just simple naked pump installation but auto charges extra and when explanation is required owner states “this helps contribute to any small materials used on site, and the administration cost involved in running a business”, so the extra charge is for this guy to “run his business” ontop of all the extra charges he adds in.. charges upon charges for the most basic of services and without adequate reasoning or during any conversation a discussion around what would be charged.. misleading and inadequate would never recommend to someone who wants an honest business to service water supplies.. look anywhere else

   Great to deal with, Ive used their services a few times over the last 10 years. The most recent was this Sunday when I don't think they were officially open - but the gate was open and someone was onsite. They were able to find me 2 of the exact 5 way pipe fittings I needed to get my water pump sorted - something that no one else in Rangiora could do on a Sunday

   Without doubt the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Please, if you are contemplating using this company DON'T. They fail to stand behind their pumps even when under warranty are rude to woman when the husband isn't around. Feel free to contact me to verify this review.
