   We received a very warm welcome. The hosts offer a shuttle service to the town, but it is also possible to walk up and down. There is an excellent bakery in Littleton. The rooms were acceptable. Guests have access to a beautiful terrace overlooking the (industrial) harbour.

   Whilst attending my daughter's wedding celebrations, I booked three rooms, for three nights, for my family members travelling from Melbourne. I cannot speak highly enough of our hosts Frank and Jenny, who took us into and shared their home with us. The location is within walking distance of the village of Lyttleton and its services. Our hosts were attentive, friendly and supportive, but, not intrusive. Their rooms were a delight, comfortable, spacious and serviced daily, unless one signed that it was not necessary. Ensuites, heated towel racks, room heaters ensured a comfortable stay. The views over Lyttleton Harbour are breathtaking, complemented by the external open patio, complete with outdoor furniture and barbecue for guests to relax and enjoy. Complimentary cereals, yogurts, fruit, tea and coffees ensure a relaxing start to the day. Frank and Jenny are approachable, friendly and helpful, we enjoyed our stay and commend you to them when next you visit Christchurch or Lyttleton areas.

   The best host we have had by far! My Husband surprised me with a birthday trip and could not have picked a better place to stay. Frank was an absolute star. He was so lovely, bent over backwards to make sure we had everything we needed. The harbour view room was beautiful and immaculate, the cinema room was brilliant, the fully functioning kitchen was gorgeous, the outside dining area had the most incredible views. We would both recommend staying here 100%. Thanks Frank! We will see you again.

   Lovely place and so comfortable and clean. Frank went out of his way to ensure we had a great stay and even drove us to the gondola where we went to a wedding. Will certainly go back. Beautiful views of Lyttelton harbour and surrounding areas.

   Arrived today for 4 nights. Treated brilliantly by the owner Frank. Accomodation is amazing and the owners have ensured that you want for nothing here. The rooms are clean and everything has been catered for. The communal kitchen and lounge excellent. The views of the harbour are brilliant. If you want great accomodation without paying top dollar then this place is for you. Hosts are keen to assist in any way they can.
