   Went to Garden Box for the first time as I needed some rocks for my super tiny front-yard garden. Since it was my first visit, I wasn’t sure where to go, but one of the workers noticed I looked a bit lost and kindly approached me to ask what I was after. He directed me to the right area, and along the way I ran into Jaime, my boss from a previous job and the owner of Garden Box, who helped accommodate me further. Overall, it was a friendly and helpful experience - great customer service! Thanks, Jaime! ☺️

   We rang to have 20 cubic metres of soil delivered. Caleb wouldn't deliver, only because he knew the truck wouldn't fit. (We struggled with a smaller one we hired). With great advice & amazing attitudes from Caleb, Aaron & Jamie, we chose garden box. 30 cubic metres later, 13 trips over one weekend, we got our soil in for our new lawn. Sammy you are a legend 92 scoops you provided with great care and communication. Jamie your staff are a credit to you, customer service at its best!!

   Dear Garden Box Team, I just wanted to share my appreciation for the wonderful service I received. A big thank you to Jamie for his friendly approach and impressive product knowledge. I recently hired a manual aerator, and he went out of his way to hand-pick one that perfectly suited my needs. He also took the time to explain the NZLA Indicator and even offered me a NZLA Application Guide poster free of charge (though I mentioned I’d already purchased one elsewhere). His thoughtfulness really stood out. I’d also like to thank Eli for his patience and expertise. His advice on soil mix and the right quantities for my lawn renovation was incredibly helpful and gave me confidence in moving forward with my project.    Great place to dispose of hardfill. got rid of all my concrete. If you'd like to skip the annoying queues at the refuse station they also take garden waste. Staff were cheerful, helpful and funny. lots of stuff to choose from...even a hand-roller. Entrance is at the end of a longish driveway. There is also trailer hire, which was fast and convenient ... Enthusiastic recommendation from me!
