   Had a great experience at KFC Ruakura. The service was outstanding, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. A special shout-out to Bhavna, who served us, she was extremely polite, kind, and made us feel genuinely valued as customers. Her warm attitude and excellent service really made our visit enjoyable. Thank you, Bhavna, for such a pleasant experience. Keep up the fantastic work

   No one serves you,. 2 occasions, once. Waited in drive through for 5mins and nothing through the mic Once picking up app order waited 20mins for my order to go from being prepared to being ready. No one called my name had to call someone over and they got the order from the warmer

   Used the toilet here. The toilets were very dirty and smelly. The KFC was very busy and small inside, but there’s plenty of parking outside. Good place to stop for food after a long drive.

   I went to this place yesterday on my way to Auckland for lunch. We ordered a family bucket and 4 burgers. The customer service provided by the staff was marvellous. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone across Hamilton east. The food was prepared very quickly and tasted very fresh

   Waited in drive-through for 30 minutes and then didn't get half the food we ordered. The feed we did actually receive looked like it was just thrown into the bag. No number to call this KFC to even make a complaint. Do not recommend.

   This is a contender for New Zealand's worst KFC!. Waited over 20 mins for a bucket. Chips were under seasoned, after asking for extra seasoning and chicken was awful.

   Where to start with this KFC… well I wouldn’t normally post a review but after tonight I feel like I need to warn people about this KFC before they make the mistake of stopping in here to eat. Rewind a few months back when the store first opened. It was great, food was good, service was fast & it was worth the visit. Unfortunately things have gone downhill a lot since my first visit, let me explain… So we went in tonight to grab a meal as you do and to nobody’s surprise the drive-thru was totally packed so decided to park up and head inside instead. It was lovely to be greeted at the door by two majorly overloaded bins with rubbish falling out of both onto the floor (See the attached photos). We stood and watched the staff walk around and chat while our order was just sitting on the screen not being packed or dealt to at all (Order finally received after 30 minutes of waiting inside the restaurant). During our visit we did the see the manager (Indian lady) come out once to talk to another customer and it was pretty obvious she has no interest in being there, not bothering to help her fellow employees out to pack the orders that had already been on the screen for 20+ minutes. I don’t think I’ve ever seen such unmotivated/uninterested staff in my life, we were watching all of the drive-thru staff just walking up and down, not packing anything and just leaving food to go cold on the bench. The lady serving tonight at the front of the store seemed like she didn’t really know what to do or how to work the till which I guess is not her fault but why is an employee left to deal with customers at the front of house by herself if she still doesn’t know the ropes? I won’t even go into detail about how disgusting the toilets were, put it this way, I would rather go outside if I needed to. I would have given a 0 star rating if possible, I believe the manager needs a big wake up call if she’s going to keep her job & the staff need some major motivation! Lesson learnt, I won’t be returning & I would recommend people to just drive into Hamilton and visit another store if you feel like KFC unless you have a spare 30-60 minutes on your hands to wait for your order.
