   I needed car repairs urgently as I was doing a lot of traveling for my job and obtaining financial assistance was near impossible through Banks and other lenders. I contacted Goodloans/Aviva and spoke to Pauline. I found Pauline very easy to deal with, friendly & clear about what was expected with regards to the loan.    I experienced the loans process with my client. I listened as Pauline gently guided my client through this process. One of the moments that truly sat with me was hearing Pauline ask my client to ‘tell her a little about herself.’ This client had never ever been asked that before in this way; to think that someone was willing to hear her ‘stuff’ blew her away. They talked and began the process to move through the loan process. Pauline and the good loans team and amazing at what they do. The absolute sensitivity in which Pauline managed this conversation was fantastic. Just a brilliant service!!
