   The worst moving experience we have ever had. The guys were nice enough but being on an hourly rate means there is no desire to move quickly. We have moved in excess of 8 times and never experienced the slow and inefficient process of this team. Nor have we had the damage to furniture as we had with this move. It would appear a round concrete/tile table was rolled instead of lifted and when one of them was asked what happened they just shrugged their shoulders. Boxes were clearly labeled with rooms but this seemed challenging for them to identify the kitchen, bathroom etc and given how long the move was taking we told them to just unload in the garage which resulted in boxes being stacked upside down. Furniture was dragged rather than lifted out of the truck. We would not recommend these guys at all.

   Comparing to moving everything in with a previous moving company, the process was inefficient and lengthy. Absolute lack of problem solving and no desire to even consider trying to solve the problem. Consistently insisting that it is impossible to move certain pieces of furniture but how did it end up in our home in the first place? Ended up personally disassembling part of a bed and taking down a door so that they could move it out. Ended up moving a lot of things myself to prevent further monetary loss. Both members constantly calling people on their phones whilst working. One member trailing after another without carrying anything at all. The guys even accidentally missed the target address and drove right by it resulting in even more time and therefore charge incurred. Made me realise it would've been faster if I rented a truck and moved everything myself if I had a truck licence. Do not recommend using this company at all. Cost me almost the same to move everything from Auckland down to Hamilton (1.5hrs vs 10mins from house to house!).

   Dilpreet, Karan and Jugraj are absolute legends. Access to the property from which we were moving was very difficult, with a steep driveway and stairs to navigate.    These guys are truly outstanding. They’re responsive, professional and are super careful when it comes to loading and unloading the truck. We had to do a whole house move- 4bdm x 2x bathroom AND double garage, that we’d TIGHTLY packed into 2x storage units. We had loads of boxes packed, all our furniture, our PIANO, garage stuff with so many loose items (including fishing rods,etc) and when the guys unloaded our gear into the house there was NOT ONE ITEM that was broken let alone scratched!! Not even the kids fishing rods were scratched or bent. Once the movers arrived, they meticulously unloaded the 50m3 truck and tidily packed all our belongings into our new place. They were so professional we couldn’t believe it. As we were moving from Hamilton to Auckland, and had all our stuff in storage, we needed to use the Auckland team- Dan, Bill and Andrew, as only Dan’s 50m3 truck was big enough to fit all our stuff. Honestly, look no further- these guys are the best. They provided a quote immediately and was able to book our job quickly with no delays. The booking and payment process was seamless. We cannot say enough good things about these guys! We are very happy customers!!
