She took the time to explain through what options I had and what her recommendation is. As well as a plan moving forward for my partially botched haircut from overseas. She made sure I was happy with everything before leaving. Will certainly be returning x

   I visited the hair salon and was looked after by Liv, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Even though coloring my hair wasn’t planned in advance, she took the time to do it for me, even though it meant working overtime. The result was absolutely fantastic — I rarely get such a beautiful blonde shade. Liv is incredibly friendly and made the whole appointment so enjoyable that the time flew by. She really went the extra mile, even though I was just a tourist. I felt truly pampered and treated like a princess. I can highly recommend her!

   The moment I met Han, I had this feeling that I am in good hands. I never had a haircut before and I was too scared to get one and I tried many salons and everybody was rushing and advising me to try expensive packages. But Han had a look at my hair and she said I just need a trim and that will cost $20. And she was so amazing to do it right there during my consultation appointment. I wish I could give more than 5 stars and I am pretty sure I have got my hairdresser for the rest of my life.

   Wish I could give more than 5 stars!! I’ve bounced around a lot of Christchurch salons and Good Hair & Co in the CBD is by far one of the best! I’ve followed Han since she started her apprenticeship and there’s no one else I’d trust to colour correct and get me blonde! She is so attentive and always makes sure you love your hair. Rochelle and the rest of the team are all so lovely and the vibe is so fresh, modern and comfortable! Everyone is super knowledgeable and you immediately feel welcome. Worth it! ❤️❤️

   Amazing service i received today from the stylist Mochi, I came in asking for a balayage and got exactly what I pictured. I couldn’t be happier with the end result and the process. Made use of the lovely architecture books during the service which I always love. The salons decor and interior was also stunning. I’m just so happy with how my hair has turned out, will definitely be returning and recommending Mochi to anyone after a great quality service. Only complaint: my hair isn’t long, it’s just past my collarbone, and on my email was quote for medium to short hair with all the other selected things, a dry off toner etc. When I went up to the till my previous quote for my service was changed. So I had spent an extra $100 which I wasn’t expecting, really upsetting as I’m a university student so wish the price would’ve actually reflected the quote I was given weeks prior.

   I can't recommend this salon highly enough, the whole team is amazing, so friendly and skilled! They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my hair. Gemma cut my hair perfectly, definitely one of the best cuts I have had. The place itself is lovely as well, it has a really nice warm atmosphere, and I love that the products are organic / vegan!. Thank you to Gemma, Mochi and Tracey for your team effort on my hair, I love it :)

   I am THRILLED with my visit. Natasha was friendly, knowledgeable and walked me through how I felt about my hair, cut and colour before asking me what I wanted. Then she took time to fully discuss different ideas and we agreed on a plan together and she kept me fully informed all the way through. And she did exactly what she said she would. I would have to say, my best hairdressing experience in a very long time, if not the best ever. I highly recommend her and this beautiful salon.
