   First time client at Vivo. Wendy completely understood what I wanted, and the results were exactly how I envisioned them! While my color was developing, another stylist kindly stepped in to assist, which made everything run so smoothly. The salon has such a warm, welcoming atmosphere — filled with laughter and great energy. An absolutely fabulous experience, and I’ve already booked my next appointment!

   Very disappointed. Paid $298.00 for a few foils. Ask to go lighter and my hair came out darker. From the time I walked in complaining they are overbooked. Glad I did nog get a cut aswell. Vovo will never see me again.

   Been coming to see Rachel since 2020. Initially I had blonde balayage which she nailed. She even squeezed me in before a wedding to help style it. She works with my curls perfectly too. Most recently I went copper and Rach nailed it again, perfect colour. Copper’s not easy to do either! She is super knowledgeable with curls, and even cuts my boys’ hair too! Won’t go anywhere else. Had a great experience with Malia too - she’s destined for success too! ❤️ HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

   Disappointed. They did a strand test before I went in for a balayage. We agreed on the colour. Then twice in a row they couldn't achieve the colour we agreed on. And 2 days before the third appointment, after confirmation emails came through many times, they called and said they are not sure if they can achieve it this time either. I appreciate them being honest upfront (the third time) before I pay them again for the toner, and hence two stars instead of one. But it is super disappointing that they promised they will do it up to satisfactory at first and now just called to say they don't think they can do it, and maybe if I pay to do another highlight? Do not recommend.

Thanks so much Tomomi , not only did you give a great cut at a good price you really took the time to make Belle feel like a valued client. You were so friendly and professional. when we left Belle said she only wanted you to do her hair from now on.
