Hi, I took my cat pumpkin in to see you guys as she was having some health issues regarding the litter tray. The vet with the American accent was great. I could tell he really cared about pumpkin. Recommended trying a new litter and worming. Did both those things and been no issues since. Thanks so much, also thank you for the follow up call. I didn’t answer but got the voice message from him just checking in with us and seeing if pumpkins okay. Really appreciate that special touch, means alot. Thanks team

I find the VetEnt extremely professional and friendly. The people are helpful and very lovely, empathic and approachable they really listen. We had all of our baby girl Clover's puppies vaccinated and examined by Lilly ( gorgeous vet ) today at 8 weeks and are in excellent health Thank you Cushla and Graham

Really enjoy the service and atmosphere VetEnt Te Awamutu provide for both pets and owners. Really nice to see the Vet/ Vet Nurses taking the time to ensure that the owners understand their pets conditions, treatment and correct techniques to administer medication. Your pets are treated like loved pets by all staff. Staff have always interacted in a respectful, dignifying, courteous and friendly manner with myself and other customers around. Highly recommended 11/10 :)
Vetent were amazing to fit us in on the day that I phoned. Our dog received great care and Vetent always do a follow up phone to check on my dog's progress. Thanks so much to all the staff there. They are so polite and kind.
