I went to Alan Issac 16 years ago. AT age 40 to get braces was a tough experience. Over the 5 years traveling from taupo Alan was amazing
I had a disappointing experience with the receptionist at Alan R Isaac Orthodontist. When I called with a simple inquiry, she responded with the unnecessarily rude remark, "We don't do services on random people off the street," and proceeded to explain that their services are only available to existing patients. While I understand the need to outline policies, this could have been communicated in a far more courteous and professional manner. Such dismissive and unwelcoming behavior reflects poorly on the practice. If this is the level of service provided at the first point of contact, I would hesitate to recommend this clinic to others.

100% would recommend!! Prior to my visit at Alan Isaac Orthodontist I had received my orthodontic care through a separate practice in the Waikato. Recently my orthodontic wire broke and was causing me a lot of discomfort. Unfortunately my previous Orthodontist had retired so I was stuck with a predicament. After calling two separate practices and being told the soonest I could be seen for a consultation was late November/early December, I called Isaac. The receptionist was lovely and after a short period of conversation was able to get me a consultation with Isaac within the week. The team were professional and very friendly! 10/10!! Great service!!

I went to Alan and the team to discuss an existing treatment plan and get his view on alternative options. I have to say that Alan is one of the nicest professionals I have ever met in the dental industry. I've been to dentists where it feels like they are doing you a favor when treating you but Alan and his team are like family, very welcoming and have all the time in the world for you. I wouldn't hesitate recommended Alan for any orthodontic work. Thanks team!
