Over many years, Lumino Garden place dental have given us exceptional service. The receptionist, Helen, needs praise too for her caring attitude & willingness to work in with us for appointments. Absolutely love this clinic! I had my teeth cleaned, it was detailed and I felt soo comfortable! The experience was pleasant from the moment you walked in, receptionist was soo sweet and so was the specialist! Nga mihi to you guys

Amazing staff and service. As someone who has anxiety with dentists, the dentist who saw me (Russell) made my experience the best I've ever had. So light hearted and made me laugh multiple times. I will definitely be coming back for any future appointments I might need. Thank you so much!
I went to this dentist last year, paid after my visit at the receptionist but they apparently mischarged me and I didn't know. 5 months after my visit I started getting my first emails from them saying I never paid my invoice. A few of these emails later they start threatening me, saying they will get debt collectors involved. They still insist they didn't make any mistake on their part and refuse to apologise or explain what happened. Is this even legal?? Absolutely terribly managed, but it's somehow my fault? I would not recommend anyone to go here ever.
Richard has a way of putting you at ease, he listens and does high quality work. Heβs very diligent but you still get a no nonsense fast experience with modern techniques and equipment. Highly recommend
I had a terrible experience in the past so I was very nervous walking in here. The dentist I saw (Chloe) was very calm, kind & considerate towards me & made my experience much less anxious as to what I thought it would be. Highly recommend & will most certainly be back
I was really scared going in, but the dentist took the time to get to know me and take care of me, Iβm used to being in pain during my dentists visits elsewhere, but not here! Thank you so much for taking such good care of me, I will be back! β₯οΈ
Friendly, professional & caring dental service right in the heart of the city. No problem is too small for them and everyone from the office staff to the hygienists to the dentists is amazing. They all take the time to explain your procedure and work with you to suggest products to take home to maintain your oral hygiene. I'm usually not keen on dental visits but they all go out of their way to make you feel at ease. Looking forward to my next appointment!
