I was really grateful to Mike and the Team for making my experience so positive - it's a little scary dealing with complex dental work and I was so impressed with their service and customer experience, right from reception, to Mike and his Team in the surgery - highly recommend!
I cannot speak highly enough of Mike and his team. I instantly felt at ease when I walked through the door for the first time thanks to Loren. She is genuinely sweet and kind, super friendly and she makes you feel relaxed instantly. As for Mike he is by far the best specialist in his field. Sitting in the chair for the first time can be daunting but with Mike as captain and his lovely assistant by his side you need not worry. The injection is painless and the sound of the humming drill sends you off into dreamland until the procedure is over. No need to be afraid of having a root canal again.....ever!! Thanks team. You're the best!!
Iβve always been anxious going to the dentist but Mike was just wonderful and Iβve forgotten their names sorry, his staff manning reception and his helping hand were just so gentle, their voices soft and quiet. I didnβt feel a thing! Been two days now and still feeling good. No after pain whatsoever. . I wish he could be my normal dentist!!
