I was visiting my daughter in Hamilton today and noticed that the cycle carrier frame on her tow bar had been twisted and not functional. I visited Advantage Tyre Solutions and a gentleman straightened it within minutes and said no charge. Absolutely amazing. Gave the small change I had for a few drinks.. They made an old man and his daughter very happy. Brilliant work
Very helpful and patient. Had to get my spare tyre put on to get a rim fixed so they helped with that and then get two new tyres the next day and put the rim back on. They made it very easy for me. Great turn around time. Thanks heaps!

After badly damaging a front tyre on a pothole I elected to replace both front tyres and accepted the quote. Work was completed promptly and efficiently. However, when I replaced my rear tyres at my local tyre shop at a later date I was charged $250 per tyre LESS. So my experience at Beaurepaires proved to be much more expensive than it should have been.
Very poor service, worst I have ever had. Installed wrong tyres on the car and then made bald-faced lies about doing so after we brought it to their attention that the tires were rubbing on the cars body. They could have made the process of getting the issue resolved easy but instead chose to lie and argue making the whole experience awful. Would never recommend anybody goes to this specific Beaurepaires, you would be better off going to any other tyre shop in Hamilton. They never made any offer to repair the damage to the car caused by the wrong tyres being installed. They did however eventually replace the tyres after we managed to call them out on their lies and prove the wrong tyres were installed.
Absolutely awesome team! I came in needing four new tyres and an alignment - looked online first and had everything I needed in stock. Super friendly team, and explained everything in simple terms. Finished the job on time, and were extremely helpful and kind. No weird up-selling, just great customer service and gave me what I needed - my car now drives like a dream! Again, great team and great service - would recommend to family and friends in a blink of an eye!
