   My usual panel beater is Harewood Panel & Paint, but when I went to make an insurance claim this time, they told me they don’t handle Tesla repairs and recommended Rosiez Collisions and Repairs. From my very first visit, the team at Rosiez was incredibly helpful. They took care of my Tesla’s painting and replaced the rim, and they even went the extra mile by fixing a small scratch that wasn’t part of the insurance claim. On top of that, they cleaned my car both inside and out, which was a really nice touch. Their service was absolutely awesome, and I’m really impressed with the care and professionalism they showed. I’d highly recommend Rosiez Collisions and Repairs to anyone looking for quality repairs and excellent customer service.

I appreciated they were able to give a quick and justified assessment of the necessary fix, allowing me to feel I could trust the process and get it underway with the insurer.    I had some cosmetic scratches on the front bumper of my Tesla caused by the garage door. I dropped in during lunchtime for a quote. Frikkie, the Branch Manager, kindly helped me right away—he gave the bumper a quick check, then brought out the polishing machine. Within about 5 minutes, most of the scratches were gone, and the remaining marks were barely noticeable—all done without any charge! He also gave me helpful advice on how to fully fix the issue if I ever wanted to, explaining it in a really simple way—using a nail polish analogy, which made it super easy to understand (and gave me a good laugh too!). I will wait for more stonechips to give the front bumper a full paint. I'd happily use Rosiez Sockburn for any future collision repairs. Great service! Thank you!
