   Absolutely disgusted in the customer service. You have glass devices on a unsecured shelf behind a glass display unit. We were crouched down looking at the cone pieces. Deciding which length to buy, as my sister stood up she stood up into the shelf. And accidentally broke a glass device($65). And seriously hurt herself on the sharp corner on your shelf. SHE APOLOGIESD PROFUSELY. And you made out like she shot your dog. When I made the comment of " that's what insurance is for " you said " we don't have that" and then became rude and unprofessional. You NEVER asked if my sister was OK(shr has a HUGE black bruise and cur if you care). And if you don't have insurance in a SHOP. That's definitely a YOU issue. Not a customer issue. Your attitude and lack of empathy was disgusting, is he even human?. We have been loyal shosha customers since the 1st opened in hamilton and we will not be going back.
