I love FCU Hamilton. I love it's location/parking/accessibility. The staff I dealt with were all amazing during the whole personal loan application, from the tellers to the phone operator, lending manager, to the processing of the loan document and signing. I have to bank with other banks for all sorts of practical reasons but hands down this FCU branch leaves all the other banks behind regards service. I don't even compare lending rates etc.. whatever the difference is, it is worth it.
