   DO NOT trust Public Trust to manage your loved one’s estate. For four years, they have proven disorganised, careless, and unaccountable. Five different case managers were involved, none showing professionalism or responsibility. When non-beneficiaries took possessions from the property, Public Trust failed to act. Communication was evasive and dismissive. Their conduct has been appalling and deeply disrespectful. I would NEVER recommend this organisation to anyone.

   I used the public trust for my father's Will. I would strongly recommend that people avoid the Public Trust at all costs. I was disgusted in the level of their honesty and service.
