   My watch battery was replaced with an almost flat CR1220 battery measuring 2.55V. After the replacement, the watch alarm was barely audible, so I phoned to ask why this might be the case and was advised to come in for an inspection. When I arrived, I was given an explanation, but the attendant did not want to open or inspect the watch. It was disappointing to not recieve this explanation over the phone. On the way home, I purchased a new battery myself and looked up how to install it. Immediately, the alarm was loud again and the display noticeably brighter. The worst part of this experience came when I phoned to request a refund. I was met with a very passive-aggressive response. The individual refused to provide a refund or acknowledge that a mistake may have been made, and eventually told me that if I wasn’t happy, I should “never come back.” So I won’t.

   This is the second time I have been ripped off by the same place. The first time for telling me it was 2 for $20 on coloured keys but charging me standard price and the next for a car key. The guy was friendly and explained about chips and fancier keys with Auto Unlock etc. I explained I just needed a standard car key as I live between two towns and I just need a spare. I proceeded to pay for a standard key, after paying and checking it, only to find out it only opens the doors. When I went back I was told “I told you that maam ” but at no point was I told “this will only open your doors not start your car”, I don’t know anything about keys, but you assume when you are asking for a standard key for your car that it will start your car. I think that it was really unfair and had I been clearly told THIS WILL JOT START YOUR CAR, I never would have got one. Who goes to get a key cut that wouldn’t start your car…

   I had my ring engraved by them. There were two male staff members there when I visited, and both were very kind and friendly. My request was quite difficult, but they listened very attentively and patiently tried their best to accommodate my request. I had visited a major jewelry store before coming here, but they sent me to Mister Minit. I think I made the right choice by choosing them. Before engraving, they repeatedly confirmed my detailed requests and then started working on the ring right in front of me. If I had ordered from a jewelry store, I wouldn't have had the same experience. Because I never speak to the engraver in person until they send it to the jewelry shop and get it back to me, I don't know how it will turn out. Their work was very professional. What I appreciated most was the effort they made to understand my needs. Thank you very much Sarang. He is a wonderful and lovely person. His engraving skill was above and beyond my expectations. It was very beautiful work. You can trust his job.

   Absolutely amazing service. Needed an extra key cut for me car. It proved to be quite a tricky job due to being a European car. Unfortunately, they could not do it in the time that I was in Hamilton. However, the next day they drove 40mins to complete the job with no extra charge! Fantastic customer service. Highly recommend.
