   Few minutes ago, I took my two watches for battery replacement. At first place, I asked the guy how much it cost for Gucci he told 42.8$ and for Tommy $22. But later I was charged $40 extra for remote battery fitted which was not explained to me when I asked them at first place. The guy told me it’s the charge for seal on the battery but I didn’t ask for it. Maybe I don’t have that budget I would only got one replaced. Last month I got battery replaced from other store of mister mint they charged 35$ with 2 years warranty. Even on the invoice it says remote battery fitted but what remote battery for watch. Will never go back to them it’s ripping off seriously.

   They told me they were very busy and were unfriendly. They told me to wait, but they skipped over several customers who had arrived after me. They said they would call me later when it was ready, so I gave them my phone number, but they never called. I think his name was Aman. While he was serving me he started serving another customer and it became too much for him to take my order so he refused to take it. The price I asked them for reference was higher than Center Place Mister Minit. This was the first time to visit there (the base) and it was bad experience for me. I recommend going to Center Place because the staff there are very friendly and much better customer service than them.

   Terrible service today, with regards to getting our daughters necklace engraved. They engaged my contact details on her necklace instead of the number as asked. No apology or trying to solve the problem. Have heard from other retailers in the same area that there has been a lot of issues with them.

   Overcharged me $1 for a key cut when I only needed the basic/cheap one. Tried to pay for it when I first requested a key cut, but he told me to come back later and pay - was served by another salesperson when the key cut was completed but he charged me $11.90 instead of $10.90 as stated by original worker. Recommend to have pricing shown for different key types/with keys that have been cut and are awaiting payments.

   I have been using this business for a lot of years without complaint until now. I asked for fresh batteries to be replaced in two garage door remotes, I waited for no more than 5min only to be charged $49 for their work. Was I ripped of....yes. Will never use them again
