    I went to this store yesterday 26th of May Monday with the intention of buying as I need to wear it for my upcoming overseas. I was in the store around 11am and the shop assistant who is a lady with a brown skin who sounded like a migrant, sorry I hate to described it ( I should say manequin rather cuz she didn’t even greeted us, it felt like we weren’t seen at all) . First we weren’t greeted which I was not expecting to every shop which is fine but the lack of interest in serving us was unpleasant experience. I asked her which is the sale but I was struggling to figure out as most of them had red stickers which apparently not all with red stickers are on sale. To my surprise my friend also asked her which is the sale as she got confused and resposnded to us in a grumpy manner and went to the stockroom afterwards and just hide. Not the greatest experience in this shop. I ended up shopping at skechers online instead.

    Wow! Was very impressed to be served today by Mel. She was very helpful even though she was run off her feet making sure all of the people in the store (it was packed) were acknowledged and being looked after. Thank you Mel for your amazing service. I will be back!

    I very rarely write a review because I very rarely experience exceptional customer service. I go specifically to this store because of Charles. He is simply outstanding. He is warm, friendly, knowledgeable, remembers who you are and clearly really enjoys what he does. If he is not a leader yet, he should be as he would make a great one (I know a thing or two about leadership being an organisational psychologist and he definitely has the goods!). He clearly shows that no matter what you do for a job you can make a positive impact on those you serve.

    I came in the other day looking for a possible Mother’s Day present and the staff were amazing. I’d specifically like to highlight the young man who works in the store. He told me his name but I’m having a mind blank. His knowledge of the footwear was absolutely amazing and provided me with many different options based off the information I gave him. Would definitely recommend people check out the store!
