   Most lunch brakes I shoot up the road to bk on Carmen Rd, 5th time in 2 weeks my orders been completely wrong! And normally I'm on a time crunch for lunch as I'm at a busy automotive shop so it has now become infuriating and I'm no longer surprised that my orders complete wrong, I don't know if it's a language barrier or something but last time I checked I don't stutter or mumble so how do you mess up an order that was clear as day to understand

   This store is always cold. However on my last visit it felt colder inside than out. And outside was only 7 degrees! I asked the staff member to turn the heat on, and she said she'd check but nothing changed and we felt like we were in a fridge. The whopper junior, when purchased in a flaming meal deal, was tiny.

   I've been here a few times now during my lunch break as it's super close to my place of work, and I've never been disappointed. The staff are friendly, the dining area is always clean and the food is ready in a timely manner. I'm a creature of habit so I always get the Whopper Burger meal, and it's always been hot and delicious. I recommend this location immensely. Has decent car parking too but has drive-thru also

   How hard is it to get a burger right? How hard is it to read? This is supposed to be 2 kings new York steakhouse burgers. One of these things is not like the other. I rarely eat burgers. But when I do, I want it to be right. Where were my pickles? Where was my lettuce? Where was my tomato? And why the hell was one half the size of the other. Not only disappointed. But hungry too. Review feedback gave an email address thst doesn't exist.

   can only give 2 stars, place was clean but a spill remained unattended to for some time during a lunch time period. Burgers themselves very average for a large chain Burger operation. They lacked taste and visually looked like the person putting them together didn't want to be there.

   BK and Maccas once competed to be the better experience, but these days, its like they don't care. Sure, the meals are still edible, but the flavour and atmosphere have dropped significantly over the years. I know that my sense of taste is still good due to being able to prepare and eat the same foods that I've always been able to eat. It is definitely Burger King's selection/range that doesn't taste how it used to. Eating at home is by far the better and tastier option.

   Quick & friendly service. Have visited many times and haven't had any issues. Always a short wait with the plant based options which is actually good because you know they're made fresh.

   Ordered a breakers baller burger to rakeaway. When I got home the burger was missing the extras (onion rings, bacon). It was just buns, patty and sauce! This is the second time it happened to me! The first time I let it go but this time I decided to go back and let them know. They asked to see the burger, I showed it to them and they took it. They then made me a new one or maybe just added the missing extras to my existing burger (pretty stingy too). They did not, however, gave me any free stuff to compensate me having to drive all the way back there. Poor customer service and quality
