Disgusting and un eatable. Waste of money had to buy a second dinner. Over cooked, oil needs changing no salt. Overall very disappointing. Will not be buying from there again.
The combination fried rice had burnt pieces of meat in it & not a good variety of meat, not a lot of vegetables also…rice was sticky and clumpy, didn’t taste very nice. The lemon chicken was nice. Other food might be ok so depends what you want to eat & order. Nearly $40 spent on what was so-so. Will be finding another takeaway for better quality food.
Have been going here for Chinese for many years. Prices risen and quality has gone way down. Even had to stop buying fish and chips there as they were so soggy with oil couldn't eat them .
I don't usually write a negative review. But in this case I will. I am a vegetarian and I bought just the $4.50 chips for my dinner. It was a large portion so I only had half of it and kept the remaining for breakfast. The chips looked old and smelled of meat. I tolerated that and ate as I was hungry. But during late night and next morning my stomach started to ache. I am sure it was due to the chips as I was totally fine till dinner time. I threw away the remaining chips as I didn't risk eating more of it.
2 scoops of chips, one whole scoop of what looks like inedible 3 time refried ends of chips. Worse chips I've ever had in my life.
Good to see my friends after so many years and still there, they are the best although I live in riccarton I still travel that far to get the best fish and chips in town

The best Chinese take away this side of Hornby. Beats all other places, you actually get meat in their Sweet n Sour dishes, not full of carrots and onion like other places. Prices are very competitive. Love it.
