   The owner of this workshop is greedy. My friend and I have both had trouble with them regarding our WOF inspections. They overcharge people for things like seat belts and tyres. We were referred here by a staff member from Budget Tyres, who I'm guessing is a friend of theirs. This is a total scam! If you need a WOF, I would not recommend this place—just go to VTNZ instead!

   Wouldn't recommend any1 going here, Picks and chooses who has to make a booking for a wof recheck. Rude when trying to ask what exactly has failed, and walks away, Rude again when talking he walks away to answer the office phone, Tells me he's busy and can't look at a 10min recheck..BUSY hauling personal stuff from previous office, that should be done in his own time not when customers are waiting. Failed for headlight focus, 3 days taking it back,he then says oh no the bulb isn't sitting correctly. Refused my partners wof following week, saying I'm a conflict to his business. Not only has he lost our 3 cars, he's lost my dad's 2 cars and my sisters 2 cars. Only seems to be ongoing helpful and nice if you are of his ethnicity

   Blown away with how friendly and helpfull these guys are. They stayed open for me on a Saturday to help me. Being a female with no car knowledge they have gone above and beyond to fix my cars issue as such a great price. Seriously thankfully I have finally found a decent, fair and friendly mechanic. I will only be using these guys in the future. Highly recommend.

   Went to this place to get a basic electrical fault check that would've not even taken 30 seconds to diagnose, the greedy old man said he was going to charge me for it. “Old man, take that scripture off your reception door you can't serve God and Money...” “the love of money is the root of all evil.” I ended up going to BC Automotive on Killarney Rd and Battery Zone on Sloper Ave for two diagnoses without getting charged.

   Great shop! Had a issue with the car making a funny noise around the engine and had travel to Auckland in a few days and in a rush to find a good mechanic during the busy season and Roland's were above amazing! It’s hard to find a good honest mechanic and this is one of them! 10/10 would recommend.

   I had a business trip to Hamilton, just after I had finished my meeting and was just driving back to where I was staying the van started making a very loud, very unhappy sound. Being a weekend (Saturday morning) and needing to be home by Monday my job of trying to find a macanic open, good luck. These guys fitted me in, found it was a wheel bearing and fixed it, had me back on the road same day.
